Borough and Bankside and St George’s Ward Liberal Democrat councillors are writing to invite you to a Public Meeting on the Borough Triangle development (where Mercato Metropolitano is currently situated). Berkeley Homes plan to submit a new Planning Application for the site which will include: 

• c.900 homes (35% affordable housing)
• Four buildings ranging in height upto to 44 storeys
• New office, retail and community/leisurespace, including a “long term sustainable home forMercato Metropolitano.

We have invited representatives from Berkeley Group and Council officers to take residents through the proposed Planning Application. It will be a chance to ask questions and learn more about how it may affect you and how residents can have their say. Please join us on:
