Victor has been a Liberal Democrat Councillor for 9 years in total – five in Borough and Bankside, LB Southwark and four in Chorlton on Manchester City Council.
Victor is the Leader of the Opposition on Southwark Council. He regularly holds the Labour administration to account on the housing crises, the Climate Emergency and local environment and customer service for local residents.
Victor has spent 8 years working in the affordable housing sector. He has previously worked for the Liberal Democrats in Parliament, LDHQ and at ALDC. Victor is a former member of the ALDC’s Management Committee and the Liberal Democrat Federal Conference Committee.
